Here, you can REPLAY & SLAY our innovative ROCKIN' KICKBOXIN' BEGINNER WORKOUTS. While these are designed for our "beginner" students, we firmly believe that even our most advance student will ENJOY them, and burn maximum calories. Nolan Robert's RKB workouts feature music-driven kickboxing with choreographed punches and kicks, providing an unparalleled workout experience. Rockin' Kickboxin' is fast-paced, challenging, and always a blast, set to upbeat POP, EDM, R&B, and HIP HOP hits, including all your TikTok favorites.
ROCKIN' KICKBOXIN' workouts are fueled by music and include short bursts of intense anaerobic exercises. Achieve your fitness goals with muscle confusion and core strengthening that will maximize calorie burn.
