TurboMegaHIIT: Turbo Megahiits are "BEST OF" workout collections. Each video is a full hour of the best sections from 10 consecutive rounds such as the Fierce 40s (sections from rounds 40-49). TURBOKICK is a fast paced, super charged, high intensity cardio class that will maximize your workouts with muscle confusion, and core strengthening that will burn calories and slay the fat away! This format is a plyometric beast that includes punches and kicks choreographed to upbeat POP, EDM & HIP HOP music paired with short periods of intense anaerobic exercises to turn up your workout to the NEXT LEVEL. Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program on NEXT LEVEL FITNESS FAMILY may result in injury.
